At PM Shri V.M.J.S G.I.C Bageshwar, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and simple admission process that warmly welcomes new students into our vibrant academic community. Admission forms are available at the school office during working hours and must be filled carefully as per the given instructions. The completed application form should be submitted within the specified time along with all required documents such as the birth certificate, previous class report card or transfer certificate, passport-size photographs, Aadhar card (if available), and caste certificate (if applicable). Depending on the number of applicants and the class applied for, the school may conduct an entrance test or a brief interaction to assess the student’s academic readiness

Application Submission:
  • Eligibility: Please review the eligibility criteria on the school’s website or contact the admission office for detailed admission requirements.
  • Application Form: Collect the admission form from the school office or download it from the school’s website. Fill in all the required details carefully and submit the completed form before the specified deadline.

 

Document Verification:
  • Required Documents: Applicants must prepare and submit the necessary documents, which generally include a birth certificate, previous academic records, proof of residence, and recent passport-size photographs.
  • Verification: The admission team will review and verify all submitted documents to ensure that they meet the required guidelines and eligibility criteria.

  • Test / Interview: Depending on the grade level, applicants may be required to appear for an entrance test or an interview to evaluate their suitability for the program. Detailed information about the test format and schedule will be shared after the application has been submitted.
Confirmation and Enrollment:
  • Acceptance: Confirm acceptance of the admission offer within the specified deadline.
  • Fees: Complete the enrollment process by paying the required fees and submitting any additional documents or forms as instructed by the school administration.
